Furthermore, you agree not to: (a) upload or transmit viruses or any other malicious code that may affect the functionality or operation of this Service; (b) reproduce, copy, plagiarize, extract, sell, resell, or exploit any part of this Service; (c) collect or track the personal information of others; (d) launch spam, phishing, URL hijacking, or impersonation attacks against this Service; (e) use any bots, spiders, web crawlers, data collection and extraction tools, automated devices or programs, AI tools (such as proxy AI), or access this Service automatically or manually; or (f) interfere with, bypass, or circumvent our security or authorization features, bot exclusion headers, or other measures used to restrict access to this Service. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lymori, Shopify, and their affiliates, partners, executives, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from and against any loss, damage, liability, or claim (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or payable to any third party for: (1) your breach of these Terms of Service or any document incorporated herein by reference; (2) your breach of any law or infringement of the rights of any third party; or (3) your access to and use of the Service.
We will notify you of any indemnifying claims, but failure to do so will not release you from your obligations unless you suffer material damage as a result.
